Sunny Side Up excels in a delightful range of breakfast options, prominently featuring the renowned Amazing Skillets. For a hearty start, the Ole Skillet combines chorizo, roasted tomatoes, peppers, onions, and ooey-gooey chihuahua cheese, topped with perfectly cooked eggs for just $16. On the flip side, meat lovers can revel in the indulgent Steak Skillet, featuring ribeye, sautéed mushrooms, and blue cheese for a rich and satisfying taste at $21.

Vegetarian diners will also feel right at home with the enticing Omelets selection. The Sunnys Egg White Omelet is a brilliant blend of smoked salmon, bell peppers, sundried tomatoes, and spinach for $18, while the Margherita Omelet bursts with flavor thanks to oven-roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil for a refreshing $14.

Another highlight of the menu is the Benedicts section. Don’t miss the Sunny Side Up Benedict, where toasted baguette is lavishly slathered with chive goat cheese and topped with a poached egg and delicate drizzles of balsamic glaze and hollandaise sauce for a delightful $15. For those seeking something more robust, try the Steak House Benedict, featuring grilled rib eye, sautéed onions, and horseradish hollandaise sauce, available for $21.

As echoed in the rave reviews from satisfied guests, the flavors at Sunny Side Up are consistently impressive. One patron, ‘Banks Banks’, noted the beautiful presentation of dishes, particularly praising the flavorful Florentine Benedict. However, some customers felt the side of potatoes could use more seasoning, indicating an opportunity for further culinary finesse. But as the saying goes, every dish has its own journey, and there’s plenty of room for positive surprise at Sunny Side Up.

Whether you're a local or visiting Las Vegas, Sunny Side Up offers a unique dining experience that warms the heart and delights the palate. The combination of ambiance, menu variety, and humble charm makes this breakfast spot a must-visit. Food was great! The plating and presentation is also v pretty The Florentine Benedict was flavourful and wasn't dry. Similar taste with pesto. The Veggie Skillet wasn't what I was expecting but was great. The tomatoes are uncooked and sliced. Only thing I would have to say is that the potatoes didn't have enough seasoning and felt bland in comparison to the egg dishes. The Oreo Delight Pancakes have to have been one of the best pancakes I've had in a long time. Definitely checking out their other ones at a later date. Just FYI if you're paying w/card, they don't accept DISCOVER.

Last-minute cancellation decided to go to brunch with my husband I was looking for somewhere they have mimosas but I really like the photos of the food at this place so we ended up going somewhere they didn’t have liquor. I ordered the croissant sunny up breakfast and it was perfect it came with salmon and spinach on it I got my eggs over medium and it came with potatoes. My husband got the chicken and waffles in the waffle was average to medium size but it came with a bunch of chicken tenders and he said the chicken tenders taste really juicy and soft which was perfect. I ordered a vanilla lavender latte which was amazing! The staff was very nice! Our servers service was a little slow for my liking but she was sweet!

Very nice place to introduce someone too. The food is pretty damn good and just surprisingly well made. They’re constantly surprising me. I’m a fan of this place but sometimes the staff is a bit inconsistent. Had one waitress that was very friendly and then the last time, we had a waitress that was super neglectful. Where’s the in between?

The food was good. However, I was surprised about the presentation. I ordered a steak skillet with eggs , potatoes , mushrooms and cheese . The food was on a plate - not a skillet and the items were placed separately on the plate. Usually restaurants mix up ingredients for a skillet. Was I supposed to mix them up myself? Also I was shocked that they served my friend a soda in a can and charged $3.50. Seriously?! Our server was nice and I loved the Christmas decorations!

First time eating here! Everything we had was tasty. The thing about this restaurant is the options. So many different flavors to choose from in either pancakes, waffles, or french toast. I picked the strawberry shortcake french toast. It was delicious!!!! My wife really enjoyed here egg white omelette and those crispy potatoes were yummy!!! The pancakes were soft and fluffy and that lemon flavor was the bomb.. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you are looking for a nice breakfast spot. We'll be back for sure!!!!

We stopped in for late brunch to find place about half full and staff running. Took a few minutes to get a server, but once we placed our order, it all came out very fast. Both coffees were very tasty, the cinnamon & banana bread are good, huevos ranchers was different than normal but good, wife had simple egg and sausage. The huckleberry compote is something to try. Best part they offer a nice veterans discount. We will be back to try more stuff.

I love this place! The food is great, the service is great, and the seating is nice. I’ve come here twice so far with my mother, and we both love it! I especially love the French toast with Nutella and berries (I’m forgetting the exact name of the menu item!), and I totally recommend it to anyone who loves sweet flavors for breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever been served!

This place was really good. Service was good. Everything was clean. Food was good. I only gave 4 stars because I only had the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, hash browns and fries. Prices are kind of on the high side for breakfast, however you get what you pay for and it was definitely money well spent. I'll update my rating accordingly when I try more of the menu. With all of that said, I will definitely eat here again!
